At the moment Sound gets around in Jordan, Pakistan, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Iraq, Syria and more. Sound’s robustness and stress resistance make it a table potato variety that has a high yield on both light, sandy soil and heavy clay. Sound is defined by its long oval tubers and fine light-yellow skin.
